my brother was working in bank he died in june 202.In bank documents he nominated his father for all his pension and other benefits.My father had died in september 2009,my mother died in july 202,we are left behind two brothers and one sister.My brother has left behind ,one widow,two daughters and one son.How should we proceed with the pension and other benefits of the bank as per shariyat
