کافِرہ دائی سے زَچگی کروانا

سُوال:ایسے ممالِک جہاں کفّار کی اکثریت ہوتی ہے وہاں کافِرہ دائی سے زچگی کروا سکتے ہیں یا نہیں؟
جواب: نہیں کروا سکتے۔
جو مسلمان ایسے ممالک میں رہتے ہیں اُن کو پہلے سے ایسے اَسپتال ذِہن میں رکھنے چاہئیں جہاں لیڈی ڈاکٹرز ،نرسیں اور دائیاں مسلمان دستیاب ہو جاتی ہوں۔ اگر ایمرجنسی ہوجائے اورمسلمان دائی (MID WIFE) کی فراہمی ممکن نہ ہواور متبادل کوئی صورت نہ ہو تو سخت مجبوری کی حالت میں کافِرہ سے یہ خدمت لے لی جائے۔
صدرُ الشَّریعہ، بدرُ الطَّریقہ حضرتِ علامہ مولیٰنا مفتی محمد امجد علی اعظمی علیہ رحمۃ اللہ القوی فرماتے ہیں:
مسلمان عورت کویہ بھی حلال نہیں کہ کافرہ کے سامنے اپنا سِتْر کھولے (مسلمان عورت کاکافِرہ سے اُسی طرح پردہ ہے جس طرح اجنبی مرد سے۔کافِر ہ کے لئے عورت کے بدن کے وہ تمام حصّے سِتْر ہیں جو کہ ایک اجنبی مرد کے لئے ہیں) گھروں میں کافرہ عورتیں آتی ہیں اور بیبیاں ان کے سامنے اسی طرح مَواضِعِ سِتْر کھولے ہوئے ہوتی ہیں جس طرح مسلمہ کے سامنے رہتی ہیں ان کو اس سے اِجتناب (بچنا) لازِم ہے۔ اکثر جگہ دائیاں(MID WIFES ) کافِرہ ہوتی ہیں اور وہ بچّہ جَنانے کی خدمت انجام دیتی ہیں ، اگر مسلمان دائیاں مل سکیں تو کافِرہ سے ہر گز یہ کام نہ کرایا جائے کہ کافِرہ کے سامنے ان اَعضاء کے کھولنے کی اجازت نہیں۔

Posted at 15:32h, 06 DecemberThere are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text.
