بے خیالی میں کُفر بک دینا

اگر کسی کے منہ سے بے خَیالی میں کُفْر نکل گیا مَثَلاًکہنا چاہتا تھا، اللہ مالِک ہے مگر مَعاذَاللہ منہ سے نکلا ، اللہ مالِک نہیں کیا اِس صورت میں بھی کافِرہو جائیگا؟
جواب:

قائِل کا قَول تو یَقیناً کُفْر ہے مگراس کی تَکْفِیْر نہیں کی جائیگی کہ بے خیالی میں یہ کَلِمَہ صَادِر ہوا۔
صَدْرُ الشَّرِیْعَہ، بَدْرُ الطَّريقہ حضرتِ علامہ مَولانامُفتی محمد امجد علی اعظمی علیہ رحمۃُاللہِ القوی فرماتے ہیں:
کہنا کچھ چاہتا تھااور زَبان سے کُفْرکی بات نکل گئی تو کافِر نہ ہوا یعنی جبکہ اِس اَمر سے ا ظہارِنفرت کرے کہ سننے والوں کو بھی معلوم ہوجائے کہ غَلَطی سے یہ لفْظ نکلا ہے اور اگر بات کی پَچ کی (یعنی جو کچھ منہ سے نکلا اُس پراَڑارہا) تو اب کافِر ہوگیا کہ کُفْر کی تائید کرتا ہے۔

If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text.
