عورَتوں کے کپڑوں کی طرف مر د کا دیکھنا

سُوال: اگر کسی خاتون نے موٹے بھدّے کپڑے کے بُرقع میں اپنا سارا وُجُود چُھپا رکھا ہو تو اُس کی طرف نظر کی جا سکتی ہے یا نہیں؟
جواب:اُس کی طرف دیکھنے میں حرج نہیں ۔
ہاں اگر اُن کپڑوں کی طرف دیکھنے سے شہوت آتی ہو تو نہیں دیکھ سکتاکہ جب شہوت سے دیکھے گا توضَرور گناہ گار ہو گا ۔ اس مسئلے کی مزید وضاحت بہارِ شریعت میں یوں ہے :
اَجْنَبِيَّہ عورت نے خوب موٹے کپڑے پہن رکھے ہیں کہ بدن کی رنگت وغیرہ نظر نہیں آتی تو اِس صورت میں اُس کی طرف نظر کرنا جائز ہے کہ یہاں عورت کو دیکھنا نہیں ہوا بلکہ اُن کپڑوں کو دیکھنا ہوا ۔یہ اُس وقت ہے کہ اس کے کپڑے چُست نہ ہوں اور اگر چُست کپڑے پہنے ہوں کہ جسم کا نقشہ کھنچ جاتا ہومَثَلاًچُست پائجامے ، میں پِنڈلی اورر ان کی پوری ھَیْئَت(ہَے۔ءَ ت ) نظر آتی ہو تو اس صورت میں نظر کرنا ناجائز ہے۔ اسی طرح بعض عورَتیں بہُت باریک کپڑے پہنتی ہیں مَثَلاً آبِ رواں یا جالی یا باریک ململ کا دوپٹّا جس سے سر کے بال یا بالوں کی سیاہی یا گردن یا کان نظر آتے ہیں اور بعض باریک تَنزیب (تَن۔زَیب، ایک نہایت ہی باریک کپڑا)یا جالی کے کُرتے پہنتی ہیں کہ پیٹ اور پیٹھ بالکل (صاف)نظر آتی ہے اس حالت میں نظر کرنا حرام ہے اور ایسے موقع پر ان کو اس قسم کے کپڑے پہننا بھی ناجائز۔

If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text.
